Transaction Guide
This guide, provided under Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the related regulation, explains how to place an order on oyunata.com, how your contract is stored, how to correct input errors before confirming your order, and where you can apply in case of a dispute.1. Steps to Place an Order
- 1. Membership: To place an order you need to create an account and log in.
- 2. Choosing a product: Find the product through the categories or the search. On the product page, review the description, the price including VAT and the delivery method. If the product needs information for delivery (e.g. game username or ID), fill in the fields and click Add to Cart.
- 3. Topping up your balance: The order amount is charged to your account balance. If your balance is insufficient, you can top it up under My Account > Add Balance using the available payment methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.).
- 4. Cart and order summary: On the Cart page you can see the products, quantities, unit prices, any coupon discount and the total amount payable including taxes.
- 5. Delivery details: If your cart contains a physical product shipped by courier, you need to select or add a delivery address. Digital products are delivered electronically.
- 6. Confirmation and payment: Read the Pre-Contract Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract. When you click Complete Payment, your order is confirmed, the amount is deducted from your balance and the contract is concluded.
- 7. Delivery and tracking: Your order status and the delivered codes or account details are shown under My Account > My Orders. For delivery times, see the Delivery and Refund Policy.
2. Storage of and Access to the Contract
- The records of your order (order number, products, price, date, payment and delivery details) are stored electronically.
- You can access these records under My Account > My Orders for as long as your membership continues.
- The contract terms applicable to your order are published on the Pre-Contract Information Form and Distance Sales Contract pages. You can save or print these texts using your browser's print or save function.
- Records are kept for the retention periods required by law.
3. Identifying and Correcting Input Errors
Before confirming your order you can see and correct your errors:- Order summary: In the Order Summary section of the cart page you can check the products, quantities, discounts and total amount.
- Changing quantities and removing items: You can increase or decrease quantities with the quantity buttons, remove a product with Remove, and remove an applied coupon.
- Correcting delivery information: If the delivery information you entered on the product page is wrong, remove the product from the cart and add it again with the correct information. For physical products you can change your delivery address before payment.
- No charge before confirmation: No order is created and no amount is deducted from your balance until you click Complete Payment.
4. Dispute Resolution
- For complaints and requests, first contact us through the channels on the Contact and Support pages.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits set each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, or to the Consumer Court for disputes above those limits.
- Before filing a lawsuit at the consumer court, applying to a mediator is mandatory in the cases provided for by Law No. 6502.
- Applications can also be made via e-Devlet through the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS).
